For Orders of more than one products, simply repeat points 5 and 6 for item's details. We will double check the stock availability for our limited stocks and send out a confirmation email within 24hours.

PAYMENT METHOD

• Payments are to be made within 3 days only after you have received an email confirmation from us.

• Methods of payment include DBS/POSB Savings Fund Transfer (ATM Transfer) or Internet Banking Transfer.

• Account Number will be sent out in the confirmation email.

• Please provide us with your transfer receipt (take a snapshot or print screen) and send us via email.

DELIVERY METHOD

• Singapore island-wide only.

• All packages are delivered by Singpost.

• Fee: Normal Postage is FREE (unless otherwise stated), Registered Mail additional S$2.50 applicable.

• Your purchases will be sent out within 3 working days once payment is received. However, sometimes during festive season or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

• We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost packages as all registered packages can be tracked via Singpost website.
